Appointments

All new clients start with an extensive consultation. We discuss your medical history, lifestyle, diet, budget for you skincare, and what you are hoping to achieve. This is followed up by a customized facial treatment; ending with a personalized protocol with sample products to maintain your skin at home.

Cancellations

Each Client recieves a confirmation text and email 48 hours prior to you appointment. We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellation of an appointment. In the event that 48 hours notice is not given a $50 fee must be paid before you may be rebooked. No show appointments are required to pay the full amount of your service.

Makeup Appointments: deposits for makeup are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 
 

In Response to COVID

All Service providers and team members will continue thorough hand washing before and after each service. We will continue to disinfect all areas between use, especially high traffic surfaces and commonly used materials. We will continue to provide 48 hour confirmation reminders via text for upcoming appointments. We encourage you to reschedule/cancel if you believe you are ill or becoming ill.
